oily, fat drenched meals at roadside working men's
cafes while rushing to the next gig. Late night
take-aways after a gig.

Stress about the equipment breaking down or playing
to an empty or over packed venue. Not having enough time
to set up or someone has stolen your gear.

Sleeping in the equipment van or in broken down
B & B's, dodgy hotels, roadside motels etc

Excessive gymnastics with the groupies
and the barrage of consequences that

entails.

Yes after spending months touring on the road with all
those excesses I like to find peace and relaxation at...
