Guilfest 2006

Guilfest 2006

Velvet Razor (In an earlier incarnation Containing Dave Kent,
Ian Pickering,Will Kent and James Gregory) played at Guilfest
On 2:30pm to 3pm Sunday 16th July 2006. It was a really sunny
day. This made most of the band go as red as lobsters. We all
really enjoyed ourselves thanks to everyone that came to see
our set. Sometimes it is difficult to put across the whole
spectrum of music that we do(as our band that has a wide
variety of musical styles). Due to time constraints and the
fact we could only do seven songs so we had to limit
ourselves to one progressive rock song"Through Looking glass"
and one Indie/Gothic song "The castle"the rest was pretty
straight forward classic rock.

The Phoenix, Staines Friday 21st April 2006

This is the first time that we are playing at the

Phoenix, Staines. It looks like it could be

a great venue so see you there.

For all you people that asked last time,

we will also bring our CD's to this gig.

Hand & Spear Friday 14th April 2006
This was the third time that we played at the Hand & Spear.
This was the first and last time with our drummer Darren.
We seemed to go down pretty well despite a few PA problems.
To rectify this problem for the future we have invested in a new 1.2kW PA rig.
