Video: You don't care by Velvet Razor Live at Guilfest 2006

Video: "You don't care" is the third live video filmed at Guilfest 2006.

The song is played live by Guitar based rock band "Velvet Razor".

Velvet Razor consists of:

Dave Kent (Vocals & Guitar),

Will Kent (Bass Guitar)

Ian Pickering (Piano / Keyboards / Synths),

and Jim Gregory (drums & Percussion)

Parts  of Guilfest were broadcasted on The Eagle radio station.

"You don't care" a moody Doors-eque song mesmerised the crowd pleaser

on the Ents24 stage at Guilfest 2006. Originally the song was written by

Dave Kent (Guitar) and Joe Gomez (Vocals) in the primordial rock/pop

band "The Curse". The song has been taken to another reality by Ian

Pickering's atmospheric keyboards / synths, Will Kent's cool bass licks

and Jim Gregory's pounding snake-charming rhythmic drumming.

While not the most technical or complicated song in the world,

with it's intended hypnotically repetitive guitar riff does groove

and it is a resplendent exercise in dynamics.

Velvet Razor played Guilfest 2006!

Sunday 16th July 2:30-3:15pm on The Ents24 Stage (2nd Largest)
